And since BebeSounds is completely non-intrusive, it is absolutely safe for you and your baby. Simply place the fetal monitor on your abdomen, press the activation button, and BebeSounds will amplify the Sounds. Your baby's fetal sounds, particularly the heartbeat, are strongest late in the second trimester. The best time of the day to listen for them is typically 3-4 hours after a meal. Just connect the BebeSounds recording cable to your tape recorder and record the fetal sounds as you listen. brBebeSounds can also be used to record the mother's own heartbeat which can be played to soothe the newborn baby.
